What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the contact form:
- your name and company;
- your email address and phone number;
- the product you are interested in; and
- the message you write.
When the form is sent, our server also records the time and your IP address in the email we receive, to help us prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and manage the business relationship that follows. We do not use them for unrelated marketing and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered by email to our team. It passes through our website host and email provider, who process it for us. We share information with others only where the law requires it or where you ask us to.
Cookies and similar technologies
- This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
- The fonts used on this website are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.
- If you click the WhatsApp button or a map link, you leave this site and WhatsApp or Google apply their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To make a request, email info@frescapremierfresh.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya (odpc.go.ke).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
